The maximum oxygen uptake is closely related to endurance sports performance and the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Sports injuries refer to various injuries that occur during exercise. The level of risk of damage can be affected by genes, and certain genotypes are more likely to be damaged than others. Through genetic testing, you can predict the risk of sports injuries to help you adjust your exercise program and take preventive measures.

 

Muscle Gain
