Haemorrhoids

图层 5
What are Haemorrhoids?

Haemorrhoids are swallen veins in the anal canal. This common problem can be painful. Veins can swell inside the anal canal to form internal haemorrhoids. Or they can swell near the opening of the anus to form external haemorrhoids. Too much pressure on the veins in the pelvis and rectum causes haemorrhoids. If you strain or sit for too long, the increased pressure causes the veins in the area to swall and stretch. This can cause haemorrhoids.

Causative Factors

– Poor Diet (Spicy, Low Fiber)

– Obesity

– Pregnancy/Childbirth

– Prolonged Sitting

– Constipation

– Straining

– Heavy Lifting
